The Brief
Direct Line Communications are a provider of business telephone systems, based in the North West of England.
We were approached by Direct Line Communications to develop a new corporate website.
Their original website, was in need of cosmetic improvement, had a poor search engine presence, did not work well on mobile devices and had a poor conversion rate.
Our main brief was to increase sales leads from the website.
Research
Before starting the project we held detailed discussions with the client to ensure that we had a good understanding of their business model, their brand, their customers needs, and their digital marketing objectives.
Web Development
We developed a new website that presented a highly professional image, emphasised their corporate branding, and addressed the needs of visitors to the site. The site was developed using a CMS and responsive design framework enabling them to present their message clearly on devices ranging from the largest monitor to the smallest mobile phone.
SEO
To further boost the effectiveness of the new website we undertook a search engine marketing campaign.
We did this by adding rich, unique, and highly relevant content to the website and by building quality backlinks from other authority websites throughout their industry.
Direct Line Communications now enjoy impressive search engine ranking, for a wide range of relevant search phrases. Site visitors have increased dramatically, and enquiries have increased by 300%.
